happy death day: Digital Edition [PDF]
happy death day is a memento mori, a 45 page collection of weird grief-inspired photography, writing, and bizarre poems made possible by my Patreon patrons. It features work specifically shot in 2017 for inclusion, and selected older pieces chosen for compatibility with the new work. It includes bad scans of bad loads of expired film so grubby the people at the lab actually mocked me about it. There are haikus. I hope you laugh at least once, then wonder if that was supposed to be funny. Most of the book was made in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My 17 year old goth self from 2001 is vaguely impressed. Only vaguely.
This is a full-color PDF originally released in August 2017. The first edition was printed in 6×9″ softcover tradeback, and this PDF is designed with the book in mind, to be read in a two-page spread like a digital magazine. Or not. I’m not your supervisor.
